Lvov lost to Rukh and was relegated from the UPL

Immortal did not save the Lviv team from relegation

Lviv lost Ruhu in the match of the 27th round championship of Ukraine – 0:2.

The teams did not score in the first half. Toward the end of the meeting, Rukh took the lead thanks to an own goal from Lviv defender Sergei Siminin.

On 84 minutes, Vasily Runich extended Rukh’s lead. The team of Anatoly Bessmertny failed to recoup.

After today’s defeat, Lviv has lost the chance to maintain a residence permit in the UPL. With 13 points, the Lviv team took the last place in the standings ahead of schedule.

Earlier, Sport Arena reported that Lvov owed the players part of their salary for April. A number of Brazilian players also left the team.

Rukh scored 27 points and moved up to 13th place in the Ukrainian Championship, behind Ingulets in additional indicators.

In the next round on May 25, Chernomorets will host Lviv, and Rukh will play Minai.
