The meeting in Rio de Janeiro ended with the score 1:0. The ball was scored by Leo Pereira in the fourth minute cleared for the second half.
Flamengo defender Ayrton, who joined the club from Spartak Moscow, spent all 90 minutes on the pitch. Former St. Petersburg “Zenith” striker Yuri Alberto appeared on the field in the “Corinthians” at the end of the match.
Flamengo have scored 12 points and are sixth in the league standings, Corinthians (5) are on the 17th row.
