Athletistic/Football. Russian coach Andrey Talalaev is credited with a role in the relegation from the Russian Premier League of both teams, who lost the chance to stay in the top division earlier than expected after 28 rounds.
Recall that after Torpedo from Moscow, with whom Talalaev broke up in March, on May 22 Khimki was officially sent to the Premier League, where he is currently working.
The Moscow region club lost their chance of salvation after Pari Nizhny Novgorod beat Sochi in the final match of the 28th round of the Russian Premier League with the score 4:0. Khimki is second to last, 15th in the RPL standings with 18 points from 28 matches. The backlog of “Paris NN” increased to eight points with two rounds remaining in the season.
It should be noted that Andrei Talalaev started the season as the head coach of Akhmat but was fired in the game with Pari NN in the ninth round of the RPL on September 11, 2022.
