Chelsea organizes a charity match in support of Ukraine.

The ex-coach of the Ukrainian national team and former Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko, as well as the defender of Arsenal London Oleksandr Zinchenko, can become team captains. Among the participants in the match will be the legends of the England team – David Beckham and Rio Ferdinand, ex-football player, and now TV presenter Alex Scott and singer Niall Horan.

The match will be organized by Game4Ukraine. All money raised during the event will be transferred to the account of the UNITED24 fundraising platform. The charity match is scheduled for August 5 in London at Stamford Bridge.

The UNITED24 platform was created to provide financial assistance to the Armed Forces and defenders of Ukraine, civilians, as well as to restore Ukraine from the consequences of Russian military aggression.

Earlier it was reported that Chelsea owner Todd Boely supported the idea of ​​holding a charity all-star match at Stamford Bridge in support of Ukraine. Ukrainian Premier League players Oleksandr Zinchenko (Arsenal), Vitaliy Mykolenko (Everton), Ilya Zabarny (Bournemouth) and Mykhailo Mudryk (Chelsea) are to take part in the charity match.
