Athletistic/Football. According to journalist Ivan Karpov, the Moscow club Spartak would be interested in acquiring Rostov midfielder Danil Glebov and would be ready to offer him an amount of around 6 to 7 million euros. However, Rostov won’t agree to release the player for less than 10m euros.
The source also reports that the idea of signing Glebov is backed by Spartak sporting director Paul Ashworth as well as club board member Oleg Malyshev.
It’s important to note that Spartak have already expressed their interest in acquiring Glebov in the 2021 summer transfer window, but the deal didn’t go through. At that time, the midfielder explained his refusal with these sentences: “For me, it’s not just a question of money. There are other friendly moments, of work.”
