The Serie A League assembly that took place yesterday in Rome was obviously eventful, especially in regards to investment funds, but in the end it culminated in a sort of amendment that could help save Sampdoria from bankruptcy. At the direct request of clubs already relegated, i.e. blucerchiati and Cremonese, President of the League Mess pushed for clubs to vote for a 40% advance on the parachute expected for teams relegated to Serie B. About €4m for Grigiorossi, a good €10m for Sampdoria. Money that may be available today, but linked to registration for the next Championship B, with a discount for Cremo, and even more so for Sampdoria.
