The expert advised the winger to end his career in the national team of Ukraine
Ex-player of Dynamo and former expert of TK Football 1/2/3 Victor Leonenko shared his opinion on the performances of Andriy Yarmolenko for national team of Ukraine. He believes it is time for the winger to end his career in the national team.
“Yarmolenko is no longer pulling, it’s time for him to make room for the young, and not to sit for the sake of records, disgracing himself. I immediately remember how Fomenko released Tymoshchuk for a minute so that he would become a record holder. As a result, both disgraced themselves, ”Leonenko said.
Yarmolenko received a call to the Ukrainian national team for the June matches. The winger has a record 112 caps for the national team.
On June 12, the Ukrainian national team will spar against Germany. On June 16 and 19, the Blue-Yellows will play North Macedonia and Malta in the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
