Gabriel Jesusof Arsenal, is the only Brazilian striker in the Top 10 of the most expensive players in the position. In a survey by “Transfermarkt”, echoed by columnist Rafael Reis, from UOL, the Gunners’ number 9 appears in sixth place on the list, valued at 75 million euros (about R$ 400 million).
In 2022, Jesus appeared in ninth place in the ranking. The then player manchester city had a stipulated value of 50 million euros (R$ 267.4 million). Highlight in Arsenal’s season, despite the injury, he was valued in the market.
The most valued athlete in the position is the French Kylian Mbappeof PSG, with an estimated price of 180 million euros. The Norwegian completes the Top 3 Erling Haaland (Manchester City – 170 million euros) and the Nigerian Victor Osimhen (Napoli – 100 million euros).
