President of the Urals Grigory Ivanov told RB Sport that he estimates the current season for the team at four with one minus.
On May 27, Yekaterinburg defeated Khimki (3-0) in the WORLD RPL 29th round match.
– I have a double impression of the season. We started very badly, no one believed that we would get better, many of us were buried. But we managed to rectify the situation, we played well in the Russian Cup. Season four with a minus, they could have performed better – they made it their task not to take a place lower than tenth,” Ivanov said.
“Urals” scored 33 points and made sure to make the play-offs. In the final round, Viktor Gancharenko’s side will host Sochi on June 3.
