La Liga filed a complaint with UEFA against PSG and Manchester City, accusing the clubs of violating financial fair play

The Spanish league is unhappy with the actions of the clubs in the transfer market

La Liga accused PSG and Manchester city in violation of the rules financial fair play. The organization reported that last week filed with UEFA a complaint against a French club, and in April against a representative of the English Premier League.

Representatives of La Liga believe that the irregular funding of PSG and Manchester City is carried out either through direct injections of money, or through sponsorship and other contracts that do not meet market conditions and do not make economic sense.

The actions of the owners of PSG and Manchester City are detrimental to all European clubs and leagues and serve only to artificially inflate the market, while the money is not generated in football itself.

La Liga also intends to file administrative and legal claims with the relevant judicial authorities in France and the European Union.

Earlier it was reported that La Liga intends to sue PSG after the French giant re-signed a contract with Kylian Mbappe. The head of the organization, Javier Tebas, accused Parisian President Nasser Al-Khelaifi of abusing his position in world football.

Note that in 2017 and 2018, La Liga has already filed complaints with UEFA against PSG and Manchester City for violating financial fair play. This led to sanctions against both clubs, which were subsequently overturned by decisions of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
