Midfielders: Nicolo Barella (Inter), Stanislav Lobotka (Napoli), Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (Napoli);
Forwards: Rafael Leau (Milan), Lautaro Martinez (Inter), Victor Osimhen (Napoli).
Napoli head coach Luciano Spalletti has been named coach of the year.
