Fakel CEO compared the team’s arena with Arsenal and Orenburg stadiums

Home stadium status “Torches” does not differ much from the arenas of some RPL clubs, but the Voronezh club intends to correct all the comments that the Russian Football Union (RFU) has on the sports facility, the general director of the crew Roman Askhabadze .

The Voronezh club received a temporary license from the RFU to participate in the RPL due to its stadium’s incompatibility with the regulations. On June 8, the RPL commission visited the stadium, the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, assured that all work on the arena would be completed on time.

We know what needs to be fixed. We have bugs to fix. We’re not going to fool anyone that we have a new stadium. The stadium is quite old, but we will certainly correct the main shortcomings and comments. I don’t see any fundamental difference with the stadiums of teams that have been playing in the RPL for a long time. I mean the Arsenal arenas in Tula, Orenburg, the same Ufa, which periodically enters the RPL, – said Askhabadze in the Loud! on MatchTV.

Fakel finished second in the National Football League (FNL) last season and earned the right to play in the RPL.
