Elina defeated Storm Hunter in three sets
Former first racket of Ukraine Elina Svitolina advanced to the third round Roland Garros 2023.
Elina defeated Storm Hunter from Australia in three sets of the second round match. The meeting lasted one hour and 52 minutes.
The Ukrainian lost the first game (2:6), but turned the course of the meeting over and left her opponent no chance in the next two sets (6:3, 6:1). Elina has seven aces and seven breaks per match.
Recall that before speaking at Roland Garros, Svitolina won the tournament in Strasbourg. Elina won her first title since returning to the Tour by beating Anna Blinkova.
