Saudi Football Federation chief Yasser Al-Misehal says the striker’s transfer PSG Lionel Messi to one of the country’s clubs could complete the big leap that was made after the forward’s transfer Cristiano Ronaldo in Al-Nasr.
Earlier, it was reported that Saudi Al-Hilal was ready to offer Messi the biggest deal in the history of the sport, paying him €1.2 billion for a two-year contract. Ronaldo joined Al-Nasr in December 2022 on a free transfer.
– I have no news at the moment, but I would like to see Messi in Saudi Arabia. This could complete the big leap we were able to make thanks to the transition of Cristiano Ronaldo, – quotes the words of Al Misehal Goal with reference to SSC News.
Messi made 40 appearances for PSG last season, scoring 21 goals and providing 20 assists.
