SK Poltava led the score in the match against Vyshgorod and had every chance of winning the current championship. However, it was Dinaz who turned the game around and won three points on the road. Both goals of the guests from the Kyiv region were scored by midfielder Dinaza Morarenko, which deprived our site and the PFL of the need to think long and hard about the winner in the main individual nomination. Stanislav with a double away, which allowed his team to step up in the standings, deserved his recognition.
The hero of the eighth round of the second stage of the First League 2022/23 Stanislav Morarenko shared his impressions of the victory over Poltava (2:1) with the Sport Arena. The midfielder in this game scored a double.
– How important is recognition of the best player of the tour for you?
“This is a nice bonus for me. The main thing is that the team was able to win and improve the standings. Finished this difficult season on a positive note.
– In case of a victory over Poltava, your team could rise to fourth place. Did that motivate you more?
– We did not think about it, but certainly played to win. We approach each match with the maximum attitude. We try to win in every match. At the end of the season, we managed to find our game, to play. We began to understand each other better on the football field.
– Can we say that at the end of the season they began to implement Golovko’s coaching ideas?
– We have made progress in the team game. I think that the coaching staff can be satisfied with the performance of the team at the end of the season. We started to implement everything that Alexander Borisovich requires of us (Golovko, head coach of Dinaz, – ed.).
– To what extent did the absence of Kirichenko, Koreshkov and Kos affect the team’s performance?
– I can’t say that the absence of the guys changed the structure of our team’s game. We tried to play our football. The coaching staff found worthy replacements. We won even despite the absence of team leaders, and this cannot but rejoice.
– In the first half of the meeting you did not manage to play your football? What is the reason?
– They tried to impose their game, but not everything worked out for us. However, I can not say that we failed the first half of the meeting. Moments created, but could not realize them. In the second half of the match, the opponent played by the score, but we were able to turn the tide of the meeting in our favor.
– At the end of the half you conceded from the penalty spot. Can we say that the goal in the locker room, on the contrary, pissed you off even more?
– It is very annoying to miss such goals, but it motivated us even more. We understood that there was nowhere to retreat and we needed to play our own football. We are happy that we were able to win in strong-willed style. Such victories are very valuable for us.
– What did the coaching staff focus on during the break? Perhaps there were some changes in tactics?
– Significant changes have not occurred. Alexander Borisovich asked not to give up, but to continue to stick to his line. The main thing was to play your own football and believe in victory.
– In the 71st minute, after a cross from Salabay, you sent the ball into the net and equalized the score. Exhaled with relief, given that the implementation failed earlier?
– We realized that we can put the squeeze on the opponent and snatch victory. This scored goal inspired us to end the confrontation and provided us with additional strength. We felt confident in our own abilities, but the opponent, on the contrary, was somewhat tired and did not play so confidently.
– At the end of the match, after Solovyov’s pass, you scored the winning goal …
– I took advantage of the fatigue of the opponent’s defenders and, thanks to high-speed data, was able to score the winning goal. I felt that it was very difficult for the defenders of Poltava and understood that there would be a moment, it was important to realize it. I dedicate my goals to my first coach Vladimir Kreiter, who recently celebrated his birthday.
– How satisfied can you be with this season? Is the fourth place the limit of Dinaz’s possibilities so far?
– We were satisfied with the season, but we wanted to play better in the first part of the season. I think they haven’t reached their full potential. We lost many points that did not allow us to play in the championship group. Only at the end of the season did they find their game. We will try to play more consistently next season.
– Personally, how would you rate this season? In what aspects have progress been made and what still needs to be worked on?
– Working with such a coaching staff makes it possible to progress and improve. I learned a lot of new things and this knowledge will help me in the future.
How long will the team’s vacation last? When do you start preparing for the new season? Maybe you already know about the plans for the off-season?
– So far there is no specifics. Our team is currently on vacation. All the necessary information will be given to us by the coaching staff later.
