First League teams have received the date and time of the upcoming matches and are waiting for their opponents.
A draw was held, following which pairs of teams were formed that would participate in the playoffs for the right to play in the Ukrainian Premier League in the 2023/24 season.
Note that the names of the play-off participants from the elite division, where the final round will soon take place, remain unknown. Therefore, at the time of the draw, the teams were ranked only 13th and 14th from the UPL.
Meanwhile, the playoff participants from the First League are already known. The third place in the second strongest Ukrainian division was taken by Cherkasy LNZ, and Zaporozhye Metalurh is located behind it.
14th UPL team – LNZ (Cherkasy)
Metalurh (Zaporozhye) – 13th UPL team
LNS (Cherkasy) – 14th UPL team
13th UPL team – Metallurg (Zaporozhye)
It was also noted that if the players of the participating teams are called to the national and / or youth team of Ukraine, the playoff matches will be held on June 8 and 12.
Remember that the season in the Ukrainian Premier League ends on Sunday, June 4. All matches of the 30th round will be held simultaneously – at 15:00 Kyiv time.
