Shakhtar defender Drambaev loaned out to Belgian Zulte Waregem

The Belgians have the right to buy the player

Ukrainian defender of Shakhtar Alexander Drambaev on loan moved to the Belgian Zulte Waregem.

The player is on loan for one season. At the same time, the Belgian club has the opportunity to buy Drambaev’s contract.

Drambaev is a pupil of Zaporozhye football. The 21-year-old footballer spent the past season with Mariupol, playing for Priazovtsy in 15 matches and scoring one assist.

Zulte Waregem finished the Belgian championship in 16th place. In turn, the last football season in Ukraine was completed ahead of schedule due to a full-scale Russian invasion of the country. Ukraine has been resisting Russian military aggression for the 113th day.

The start of the Ukrainian Championship 2022/23 is tentatively scheduled for August 20. In the new season, 16 teams will play in the Premier League, the championship matches will be held in two rounds (30 rounds).
