The Swede made his prediction for the fight
Swedish heavyweight Otto Wallin shared his opinion on the WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO world heavyweight champion fight Oleksandr Usyk against the British Daniel Dubois.
“This fight can be interesting for several rounds. Usyk is a big favorite, but Dubois is a big heavyweight, powerful puncher, so we’ll see. We have to remember that Usyk didn’t look great in his first two heavyweight fights against Witherspoon and Chisora. He looked very good with Joshua, but the main thing here is the styles.
Let’s see if Dubois can hit him. It may indeed be too slow for that. But if Dubois hits, then we’ll see how Usyk takes this blow, ”Vallin said.
Earlier, promoter Frank Warren said that Dubois would knock out the Ukrainian. Usyk’s promoter Oleksandr Krasyuk replied that he hoped the Briton would not back out of the fight at the last minute.
Usyk’s duel with Dubois is planned to be held on August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland. Initially, the fight was scheduled for August 12, but it was postponed to the Independence Day of Ukraine. Usyk plans to invite the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to a duel with the British.
