The American group 49ers Enterprises has reached an agreement to take control of the English club.
Leeds confirm a deal has been reached between Aser Ventures and 49ers Enterprises to buy the club. Both parties will continue to work out the details, with more details to come soon,” the English club said in a statement.
Leeds finished 19th at the end of the Premier League season and were relegated to the Championship. The club’s current owner is Italian businessman Andrea Radrizzani.
