“I know a lot of Russian -speaking agents who try to call even players on the first team. They try, I would say, to persuade them. The biggest evil in football are agents. There are professionals, and there are wants to earn money, do nothing and destroy their players in the races.
I know almost all of our boys, starting 16-17 years old. And they trust us. All went well, we didn’t neglect our players. And when it goes bad, they don’t let us down either, we support them. It’s possible to leave it all behind, forget about salaries, but you can’t do it. We should try to keep our talented youth, ”Surkis said.
