Yuri Wirth announced his resignation as head coach of Veres
The president Rivne Veres Ivan Nadein commented on leaving Yuri Wirth from the post of head coach of the team, and also summed up the season.
“It so happened historically that the announcement of the appointment of Yuri Wirth as head coach also took place on June 14th. Four years ago, in 2019. Such is the coincidence. Four years later, we say goodbye.”
“The results of the season, in my opinion, are unsatisfactory. Tomorrow, another supervisory board will comment on this. We have not completed the tasks. Unfortunately, the head coach is primarily responsible for the result.”

There are clear obligations of the coach, clear obligations of the club. Undoubtedly, we need to strengthen. So that on July 29 we will see a bright, different Veres on the field.”
Veres in the second leg of the playoff for the right to participate in the Ukrainian Premier League in the 2023/24 season defeated Metallurg Zaporozhye – 6:1. The club will continue to play in the championship of Ukraine.
