Croats snatch victory in overtime
In the semi-final match of the League of Nations, the national team Croatia beat the team in overtime Netherlands with a score of 4:2.
The home team were the first to open the scoring in the match: striker Donyell Malen scored in the 34th minute. But after the break, the Croatian national team not only equalized, but also took the lead thanks to a goal by Andrej Kramaric from the penalty spot and an accurate shot by Mario Pasalic. But in injury time, the Netherlands scored their second goal with the efforts of Noah Lang.
And in overtime, the victory of the Croatian team brought Bruno Petkovic. At the end of the game, another goal was scored by Luka Modric, who converted a penalty.
This victory allowed the Croatian national team to reach the final of the League of Nations. The Netherlands will play in the fight for third place.
In the second semi-final match, the national teams of Spain and Italy will play. The meeting will take place on June 15 at 21:45 Kyiv time. The match for third place and the final will take place on June 18.
