The tournament is dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Lozinsky
On Saturday and Sunday, June 17-18, Vishnevoe (Kiev region) will host matches of the final stage of the Ukrainian Championship among veterans 55+ years and older in memory of Volodymyr Lozinsky.
The football tournament is held during the war and has the status of a charity. All proceeds will be used to help the armed forces of Ukraine. Thanks to the fruitful cooperation of the organizers of the competition – the Association of Football Veterans of Ukraine, the Sobutsky Family Charitable Foundation and Agrobusiness LLC – this year the NC-55+ became the most massive in terms of the number of participants.
And this, despite the war and the impossibility of the participation of teams from the occupied territories. To support football veterans, participation in the tournament is free, the organizers cover all expenses – accommodation and meals for the participating teams, stadium rental, refereeing, and so on. It should be noted that this year the championships of Ukraine among veterans in the age categories of 35+ and 45+ years will also be held.
