Andrey Talaev, representative of the defender of the “Zenith” of St. Petersburg Dmitry Chistyakov said clubs were showing interest in the player, but no specific offers had been received.
– Dima is a Zenit footballer, no one thinks of leaving the club. There is interest, but nothing concrete at all. The club is counting on him, there are no problems. I don’t know where the talk that he can leave the club comes from, Talaev said as quoted by RB Sport.
Last season, 29-year-old Chistyakov played 23 matches and didn’t score a single goal. He is a three-time Russian champion and a two-time winner of the country’s Super Cup.
