Yastremskaya will play in the qualifying final
Ukrainian tennis players Angelina Kalinina, Marta Kostyuk And Elina Svitolina got to know their opponents in the main draw of the WTA tournament in Birmingham.
Kalinina will play against American tennis player Alisha Parks in the first round. Athletes played each other twice, each tennis player won once.
Marta Kostyuk will meet with Russian Anastasia Potapova. The rivals once played against each other, in that match Anastasia won.
Elina Svitolina will face Linda Frugvirtova from the Czech Republic, the athletes have never met on the tennis court.
Recall that Dayana Yastremska defeated another Ukrainian Lesya Tsurenko in the semi-finals of the qualification of the tournament in Birmingham, for the athletes it was the first personal meeting. In the qualifying final, Dayana will play with Teresa Martincova.
The main draw matches of the WTA tournament in Birmingham will start on June 19, 2023.
