Ukrainian club gradually ceases to exist
As became known Sport Arenamidfielder PFC Lviv Maxim Grisio can continue his career in Poland. In addition to Grisio, the Polish club is also showing interest in a number of major Lviv players.
The 27-year-old midfielder played for Rukh and Karpaty in his career. Last season, he played 24 games for Lviv (without scoring).
Earlier it was reported that from June 1, the club will stop paying wages. Also, the players were asked to pick up all things from the club bases. It is known that Lvov owed the players part of the salary for April.
Sport Arena also reported that the future of Lviv will be determined at a meeting between the management and the owner of the club, Bogdan Kopytko. The leadership of Lviv intends to fight for the existence of the club, and wants to keep 2/3 of the current team.
PFC Lviv took 16th place in the 2022/23 UPL season and is close to liquidation of the club.
