“Blackburn Rovers” announced a move to the midfield squad Arnor Sigurdsson whose rights belong to CSKA .
The 24-year-old Icelandic footballer will play for the English club until the end of the 2023-24 season.
Sigurdsson previously took advantage of the International Football Federation (FIFA) amendment, which allows Legionnaires to unilaterally suspend the contract with the Russian club until June 2023, and played for Swedish Norrköpping.
This season, the Icelander has made 15 appearances for Norrköping in the league and in the Swedish Cup, during which he scored 9 goals, after which he left the club.
The player’s agreement with CSKA is valid until summer 2024.
