The third gold of Ukraine in Krakow
Ukrainian diving team became a champion European Games 2023 in mixed team competitions.
Ukrainian athletes took first place with a score of 438.3 points, ahead of the teams of Italy (398.25) and Spain (381.45).
Ukraine was represented in the mixed team Xenia Bailo, Daniil Konovalov, Anna Pismenskaya And Alexey Sereda. Each team had to perform six jumps on a 3-meter springboard and a 10-meter tower: in individual categories among men and women and in mixed doubles.
This is the fourth medal of the Ukrainian team at the European Games in Krakow. Previously, gold medals were given to canoe-two Lyudmila Luzan / Valeriya Tereta and kayak-two Oleg Kukharik / Igor Trunov. Elena Kostevich became a bronze medalist in air pistol shooting from 10 meters.
