The German Football Federation (DFB) does not consider dismissing the head coach of the national team Germany Hans Dieter Flick until September, but if the situation does not improve, personnel changes are not excluded, reports Bild.
As the newspaper notes, the DFB presidium criticized Flick, but the organization will not fire the 58-year-old coach. Union chief Bernd Neuendorf gave the specialist two September matches so he could prove he could put together a competitive team for the 2024 European Championship on home soil.
Among the possible candidates for the post of head coach are the names of Julian Nagelsmann, Oliver Glasner and Stefan Kunz. The Bundesteam could also be managed by the team’s sporting director, Rudi Feller.
In the last 16 matches, the German national team has won four times.
