Italian Tuttosport journalist Franchi Massimo is not sure that the Krasnodar and Armenian national team midfielder Edward Spertsyan able to play in the Italian championship.
According to the media, Italian Sassuolo, Inter and Fiorentina claim the 23-year-old.
– In Italy, Spertsyan’s opinion is reserved: he comes from an uncompetitive club and league. Very often, when sites publish information about transfers, they do not find practical confirmation.
I’m not sure players who move to Italy from lower leagues can perform well in Serie A. In particular, I’m not sure Spertsyan can play in Italy, Massimo told Metaratings.ru.
During the last season of the Russian championship, Spertsyan played 28 matches, scored 10 goals and provided 12 assists. His contract with Krasnodar runs until summer 2026.
