The Rotan team has been accused of violating regulations and has filed a complaint with the International Football Federation.

Romania cannot win a fair match on the field and now they are trying to beat our team in the offices. It will be remembered that the youth Euro 2023 match between Ukraine and Romania ended with the victory of Rotan’s wards 1:0.

After that, the Romanians, who were the hosts of the tournament, lost the chance to continue the match. However, according to PlaySport.ro, the country’s football federation has decided to abandon its own chances of reaching the quarterfinals through non-sporting methods.

The Romanian side has turned to FIFA with the accusation that the Ukrainian national team violated the rules when they released Georgiy Sudakov and Anatoly Trubin in the 1st round match of the Euro 2023 group stage against Croatia (2:0).

According to the rules, a youth player can only play 48 hours after his last entry into the national team.

Trubin played 90 minutes against Croatia, while Sudakov entered the field in the 84th minute. Exactly 48 hours before, both players went to the base for the match of the first team of Ukraine against Malta (1:0) as part of the qualification for Euro 2024.

Note that the match Ukraine – Malta started on June 19 at 19:00, and the game Ukraine U-21 – Croatia U-21 on June 21 at 19:00. Now the question is how FIFA qualifies this gap. If after the final whistle, 46 hours have passed.

In Romania, they hope that the officials will punish the “blue-yellows” with a technical defeat. In this case, they still have a chance to leave the group.
