Former national team coach dies aged 83 Scotland Craig Brown. The death of the specialist has been confirmed by his family.
Craig died today after a short illness at Eyre University Hospital, surrounded by close family members. At this particularly sad time, we ask that your privacy be respected,” the Brown family said in a statement.
As head coach of the Scottish national team, Brown made 70 appearances, which is the most in the history of this national team. He led the national team at Euro 1996 and the 1998 World Cup.
