A number of clubs from the Premier League claim the player
Roma showing interest in Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar.
The Romans have asked the French club for information about the player, but there is no official offer for Aouar yet. In the camp of Roma, Houssem can become an alternative to Davide Frattesi, for whom Sassuolo demands about 30 million euros from the Romans.
23-year-old Aouar is a Lyon alumnus, for whom he played in 170 matches in all competitions. The Frenchman is also claimed by Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal. Aouar could also end up in Tottenham, who offer Lyon an exchange for Tanguy Ndombele.
The other day, the Wolves completed the transfer of defensive midfielder Nemanja Matic. The agreement of the 33-year-old Serbian with the Italian club is calculated until the summer of 2023.
Roma finished the season in sixth place in Serie A. Wolves also won the Conference League under the leadership of José Mourinho, beating Feyenoord (1:0) in the final.
