The captains and head coaches of the teams of the Russian Championship took part in the selection of the winner of the award.
The first three are:
1. Sergei Pinyaev (Lokomotiv) – 90 points.
2. Konstantin Tyukavin (Dynamo) – 71 points.
3. Ruslan Litvinov (Spartak) – 71 points.
Pinyaev, 18, started last season at Krylya Sovetov and finished at Lokomotiv. He has 27 appearances, 6 goals and 3 assists in the 2022/23 season.
