Winger missed Euro 2023 group stage due to injury
Head coach of the Ukrainian national team U-21 Ruslan Rotan said that the winger Mikhail Mudrik has a chance to play with France national team in the quarterfinals European Youth Championship 2023.
“Thank God, he is already holding his second training session in the main group, so this pleases us. Will he play France? Potentially everyone can play. On Friday evening, the delegation of the youth team of Ukraine moved from Bucharest to Cluj-Napoca, where the match with France will take place. The fight will take place on July 2, starting at 22:00 Kyiv time.
The winner of the France-Ukraine pair in the 1/2 finals will play with the best in the confrontation Spain-Switzerland. The semi-final match will take place on July 5 in Bucharest.
The 2023 European Championship final is scheduled for July 8 in Batumi. Recall that the three best teams of the tournament, except for France and England, will receive tickets to the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
