At the same time, he said, the organization recommends admitting athletes who have not supported the conduct of a special military operation.

Subsequently, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a resolution calling on the IOC to prevent Russians and Belarusians from participating in the Olympic Games in Paris (France).
