Zhytomyr team is preparing for the new season in Austria
As became known Sport Arenaformer Dynamo goalkeeper Denis Boyko will arrive at location soon Polissya. The 35-year-old goalkeeper has already agreed on the terms of a personal contract with the Zhytomyr club.
Boyko left Dynamo at the end of the 2022/23 season. In total, the goalkeeper played 108 matches in all competitions for the White-Blues, in 51 matches Denis played clean.
In addition to Dynamo, Boyko also played for Obolon, Kryvbas, Dnipro, Spanish Malaga and Turkish Besiktas. As part of the Ukrainian national team, he played seven matches.
In the summer, defenders Artem Shabanov and Sergei Chobotenko, midfielder Emil Mustafaev became newcomers to Polesye. Also, the Zhytomyr club rented Dynamo defender Nikita Kravchenko.
Polissya took first place in the First League standings and will play in the Premier League next season. The Zhytomyr team is holding a summer training camp in Austria.
