‘No one in Italy even discussed Malcolm’s move to Juventus, there’s no way’ – Cinquini

Ex-Russian national team manager Oreste Cinquini has told RB Sport that the transfer of the Zenit striker Malcolm V Juventus now almost impossible.

– In Italy, no one has mentioned the possible transfer of Malcolm to Juventus, no one has said a word about it. Juve won’t be in the Champions League or the Europa League this season and in this situation it’s very unlikely that they can spend a lot. They have to sell a number of players first who are sitting on huge salaries. They are in a difficult situation. And I find it hard to imagine that now they would invest in Malcolm. He’s a good player, there’s nothing to complain about, but there’s no chance he’ll come to Turin.

Moreover, Malcolm is a Brazilian which creates an additional problem, there may not be a place for a Legionnaire in the squad for him, Cinquini said.

At the end of last WORLD RPL season, 26-year-old Malcolm was recognized as the best player. The Brazilian was the league’s top scorer last season with 23 goals. Zenit is the defending champion of Russia.

“Zenith” takes part in the PARI Premier Cup international tournament, where Fenerbahce, Neftchi and Crvena Zvezda also play. All BET Premier Cup matches can be watched live on and MATCH PREMIER.
