Goalie “Dynamo” Anton Shunin spoke about the difficult preparation for the new season, noting that the team had little time to rest.
Last week, the Moscow club came out of vacation.
– Considering that over three weeks of vacation, we did not train for only one week, then we trained individually for two weeks… Training camps are always difficult, you have to endure, take all your strength and prepare for the season.
A lot of kicking, goalkeepers take part in almost every pass before training, for warming up it’s not easy, because you have to understand where to run, different layouts, movements, – Shunin told the off-season broadcast on MATCH PREMIER.
During the offseason, Marcel Lichka, who previously worked in Orenburg, became Dynamo’s head coach.
The new RPL season starts from July 21 to 23. In the first round, the Blue and Whites will play at home against Krasnodar.
