The midfielder has no offers from Eastern Europe or Turkey that could satisfy him
As became known Sport ArenaUkrainian midfielder Evgeny Makarenko is considering the option of switching to the Kazakh Ordabasy.
The midfielder had previously sought employment opportunities in clubs in Eastern Europe or Turkey. However, now Yevgeny has no proposals in this region that would satisfy him.
In winter, Sport Arena reported that the Ukrainian entered the sphere of interests of Ordabasy. At the end of the season, Makarenko left the Hungarian Fehérvár, for which he had been playing since 2021. Last season, the Ukrainian scored two goals and gave four assists in 23 matches.
In Ukraine, Evgeny Makarenko played for Dynamo and Hoverla. He also has 15 caps for the Ukrainian national team, in which, among other things, he played at Euro 2020.
Ordabasy takes second place in the championship of Kazakhstan. In the next match, the team will play with Astana on July 6 in the Cup of Kazakhstan.
