The collection of the Kharkov team will begin in July
Main coach Metalist 1925 Valery Kriventsov told where the team will prepare for the new UPL season. The mentor also announced the transfer plans of the Kharkiv club.
“Tentatively we will gather the players on July 3-4. Where will the training take place? At the training base in Schastlivy near Kyiv. There is a game stadium, two standard fields, two synthetics, two small fields. In a word, there is enough space. There is a gym, a bath for recovery. Fine. The players of the Shakhtar Academy lived in a hotel, and next to the fields there is a large detached log house, where the Donetsk Olympic was once based. We will live there,” Kriventsov said.
“We chose this pier because Schastlivoe is located near Kyiv. There are suitable conditions for training here, and problems with finding sparring partners should not arise. Of the teams that will play in the new UPL championship, only Kharkiv clubs were forced to change their location. All the rest are in the same place.
“Now I’m not ready to comment on personnel issues. Still, there are still three weeks before the start of the training camp. When there is official information, we will publish it. Everything has its time”.

“Angelless has a valid contract. We are counting on him. The same goes for Kapinus if Shakhtar doesn’t want to take him to the first team. In this case, I will only be happy for Dima.
Recall that as a result of a hit by a Russian missile, the Metalist 1925 base in Vysokoe, Kharkov region, was destroyed. In the new season, the club plans to play home matches at one of the Kyiv stadiums.
Tentatively, the start of the new season in the UPL is scheduled for August 20. Matches can be held on the territory of Ukraine and Poland.
