The fourth victory of Kucher’s wards at the training camp
Dnepr-1 held another control match in preparation for the new season.
Oleksandr Kucher’s team minimally won metalworker — 1:0. The only goal at the beginning of the second half was scored by Artem Dovbik.
Defender played in Dnipro Vasily Kravets, who left Poltava Vorskla at the end of the 2022/23 season. Also playing time was the Brazilian Bill, who returned to the team after several leases.
Earlier, Dnipro-1 defeated the amateur Sevlyush (5:0), the newcomer of the First League Khust (4:1) and Minai (4:0). Kucher’s wards will play the next match on July 13 with Rukh.
Last season, Dnipro-1 took second place in the standings of the Ukrainian championship. In the second qualifying round of the Champions League, Kucera will play Panathinaikos on 25 July and 1 August.
Metalist has been relegated from the UPL and will play in the First League next season.
