Athletistic/Football. The press service of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has officially denied the report that the court banned Spartak Moscow striker Quincy Promes from participating in all football competitions.

This news was released by the Transfermarkt portal.

“CAS has no case related to Quincy Promes,” the court told RIA Novosti.

In June, Promes was sentenced to 18 months in prison in the Netherlands for attacking his brother with a knife, but he was not imprisoned because he was in Russia.
