Obolsky started his career at Dynamo Moscow, after which he played for Sochi and Nizhny Novgorod. In the 2020/2021 season, he joined Spanish side Barakaldo, where he played 28 matches and scored seven goals.
The following season, the footballer signed a contract with Cultural Leones and scored 16 goals in two years.
