Luis Enrique projects first season for PSG: “New things”

Luis Enrique, former coach of the Spanish national team, spoke about the challenge of taking over PSG and projected his first season: “I really want to start”

Introduced as the new coach of the PSG, Luis Enrique spoke to the club’s internal channel about his expectations for his first season in France. After commanding Spain in Qatar World Cupthe coach spoke of the feeling of taking on a project like the Parisian team and a little bit of how he will put its characteristics into practice.

At first, he spoke about the feeling of taking on this position. “I’m very happy, very proud and looking forward to getting started. Everything is new and when it’s new it’s like stepping out of your comfort zone. But I’m motivated because it’s a new country, a new city, new players, new people you live with, a new team. Many new things, but all very positive and as I said, I really want to start”said the Spaniard.

In addition, Luis Enrique said that the PSG project attracted him, but not just dealing with the financial issue, but with planning. “I’m not just talking about economic resources, I’m also thinking about resources in terms of infrastructure. From there, I think this project brings together everything that is needed for a coach of my level”, said.

The coach spoke about its characteristics, which are already known by the general public as offensive and purposeful football, always as far as possible.
