Former Brazil defender robert carlos questioned the information that the current head coach of Real Madrid Carlo Anchelotti signed a contract with the Brazilian national team.
Earlier, Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) President Ednaldo Rodriguez announced that Ancelotti would lead the national team ahead of the start of the America’s Cup in June 2024.
– I don’t believe that Ancelotti has signed a contract with the Brazilian national team, he already has a contract with Real Madrid. He asked me about the national team but never said he wanted to coach it. When this information appeared, I was even surprised. I don’t understand, very strange. It would be unprofessional to sign two contracts, Carlos said in an interview with CNN.
Ancelotti’s current contract with Real Madrid runs until June next year.
