DECLARED PARTLY UNACCEPTABLE and PARTLY UNFOUNDED the complaint registered in WG no. 60/2023 submitted on 10 July 2023 by Reggina 1914 Srl against the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and the Serie B National Professional League (LNPB) for the annulment and/or modification of the resolution of the FIGC Federal Council referred to the TC n. 8/A, published on July 7, 2023, which – based on the opinion of CO.VI.SC, the Supervisory Board of the Football Club of July 6, 2023, prot. No. 1594/2023 (also the subject of this appeal), which dismissed the appeal of Reggina 1914 Srl – decided not to grant the same company the National License 2023/2024, with subsequent non-admission to Series B 2023/2023. Championship 2024, as well as on the cancellation of the note of June 30, 2023, prot. No. 1484/2023, which CO.VI.SO.C. with reference to the issuance of the National License for 2023-2024, acknowledged in relation to the representative company “non-compliance with certain legal and financial and economic criteria provided for obtaining a national license for admission to the Series B Championship 2023-2024, specified in Section 1 of the Official messages no. 66/A of November 9, 2022, as amended and supplemented by Official Notices no. 141/A of 14 March 2023 and 169/A of 21 April 2023”; as well as any further actions, prerequisites or consequences associated with it in any case and, in particular, with the aforementioned Legal Notice no. 169/A; for confirming the title/right of Regina to participate in the Series B Championship 2023-2024; and for recognizing Regina’s title/right to issue a National License and admission to the Series B Championship 2023-2024; ALSO ORDERED FULL REFUND OF JUDGMENT COSTS;
