The 25-year-old signed a permanent contract with the Orenburg club.
Last season, Pavlovets was loaned to the Warta club from Poznan, played four matches in the Polish national championship, after which he returned to Rostov.
Orenburg finished third in the National Football League (FNL) championship last season and, after play-offs with Ufa, won the right to play in the Russian Premier League (RPL).
