Manchester city rejected the first offer Al Ahli by winger Riyad Mahrez.
The Saudi Arabian club offered £18m for the Algerian, plus £5m in bonuses. The townspeople want to receive 30 million pounds for the 32-year-old player.
Earlier it was reported that Al-Ahly is ready to pay up to 100 million euros for Mahrez. In early summer, a delegation from the Saudi team visited London to discuss potential transfers.
In the 2022/2023 season, Mahrez played 47 matches in all competitions, scoring 15 goals and providing 13 assists. The contract of the Algerian with the Citizens is calculated until the summer of 2025.
Manchester City became the champion and owner of the FA Cup, and also won the Champions League. In the first round of the new AP season, the Citizens will play Burnley on 11 August.
