Croatian has already passed the first part of the medical examination
Defender RB Leipzig Joshko Guardiol one step away from the transition Manchester city. The clubs have already agreed on the transfer amount of the Croatian national team player.
Today Guardiol passed the first part of the medical examination. Guardiol has previously agreed to a personal contract with Manchester City.
It was reported that Leipzig is ready to sell Guardiola for at least 100 million euros. The Bulls are counting on the deal for the 21-year-old Croatian to be the most expensive central defender transfer in history.
Guardiol made 41 appearances for Leipzig in all competitions last season and scored three goals. The Croat’s contract with the Bulls runs until the summer of 2027.
Manchester City won the Champions League for the first time in their history by beating Inter in the final. In addition to winning the European Cup, the Citizens won the English Championship and the FA Cup, thus completing the treble. RB Leipzig finished third in the Bundesliga and won the German Cup.
